ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are hiring a motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Patrick Danielson - State Farm Agent. In this role, you are responsible for prospecting for new clients, identifying client needs, recommending insurance products, and building long-term relationships. Qualifications
- Insurance or sales experience may help but is not required.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must pass two state exams to obtain P & C / Life & Health licenses. Costs are reimbursed. Licenses not required up front.
- Available to work these hours Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Equivalent work experience required if no college.
- Proficient in computer systems such as Excel, Word, Salesforce, etc.
Responsibilities
- Work existing leads, develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer's needs and market appropriate products which include auto, home and life insurance.
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
- Sales presentations in person and over the phone.
- Establish relationships and actively respond in a timely manner with customers.
- Network, market, and attend various events and functions.
- Social media marketing.
Compensation $54,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
